Refund Policy

WaveMind Edu follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Fees once paid for any course, subscription, or educational content are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction, refunds may be processed upon verification and approval by our support team. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of the transaction along with proof of payment. The decision of WaveMind Edu regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
